Who we are

abq.guru is the website, hosting and care service of Hatcher Angulo LLC ("abq.guru", "we", "us"). Hatcher Angulo LLC also operates PlateFlow (plateflow.io). Invoices and receipts are issued in the name of Hatcher Angulo LLC.

Preview sites

We may build a preview website for a business using publicly available facts about it (name, address, hours, phone, menu or services). Preview sites are unlisted, excluded from search engines, and carry a notice that they are previews. The business owner may keep, remove, or remove and opt out of further contact at any time from the preview page, without an account. Removal deletes the site. Opting out stops all mail from us to that business.

Website plans

Website plans are billed yearly or monthly, in advance, as you choose. The plan on an abq.guru address is $60 a year or $6 a month. The plan on your own domain is $120 a year or $12 a month and includes one standard .com, .net or .org domain, registered in your name and renewed by us for as long as the plan runs; a premium or unusual domain name is quoted and agreed before anything is charged. If the plan ends, the domain stays yours. Plans renew at the same price you started at. Both plans include six requested content changes a year. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time, and you can cancel at any time. Add-ons are priced as listed on the owner panel and billed with the plan.

Cancelling

Cancel from the owner panel, or email hello@abq.guru or call +1 833 382 8800 and say you want to cancel. We confirm the same business day. Yearly website plans run to the end of the year paid for; monthly plans stop at the end of the month. There is no fee.

Hosting and care plans

Hosting is $12 a month and care is $149 a month, each billed monthly, month to month. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Service continues to the end of the period paid for. On cancellation we provide a copy of your site files and database on request.

Changes to your site

Requested changes are applied to a draft and published only after you approve the draft. The previous version is kept so a change can be reversed.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful content, malware, spam, or content that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend a site that does.

Your content

You own your content. You grant us the license needed to host and display it. We own the templates and the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep sites online and backed up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
