Who is responsible

Hatcher Angulo LLC, operates abq.guru and is responsible for the information described here. Contact: hello@abq.guru.

What we collect

For preview sites: publicly available business facts (name, address, hours, phone, menu or services) and whether the preview was viewed, kept or removed. For customers: name, business name, email, phone, billing address, and the content of your site. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

To build, host and maintain your site, to bill you, to answer support requests, and to send you service messages. We do not sell personal information.

Mail and opt-out

We may mail a printed card to a business address about a preview site. The remove and opt-out buttons on every preview stop further contact. You may also opt out by emailing hello@abq.guru.

Text messages

Our number is 833 382 8800. We text you only when you text us first, or when you ask on a contact form to be answered by text and give us your number. The texts are about your request: that we received it and when it is done. No marketing by text. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end, HELP for help, or email hello@abq.guru. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Retention

Removed preview sites are deleted. Opt-out records are kept so we do not contact you again. Customer data is kept while your plan is active and for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted, except what we must keep for tax and accounting.
